What Were Looking For :

- 5 to 6 years of hands-on experience with Java (11/17/21), Spring Boot, and AWS.

- Strong grounding in TDD, Pair Programming, CI/CD, XP, and Scrum.

- Exposure to Agentic AI systems and AI productivity tools.

- Familiarity with Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform.

- Solid understanding of DDD, SOLID, Clean Architecture.

- React. js/JS frameworks are an advantage.
