About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer who is passionate about building scalable web applications, writing clean and efficient code, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in both front-end (React.js/Next.js) and back-end development (Node.js/Python).

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, test, and deploy end-to-end web applications with modern UI and REST APIs

- Implement reusable, scalable, and maintainable components

- Optimize applications for maximum performance and responsiveness

- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and QA teams for successful feature rollouts

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve performance bottlenecks

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices

Required Technical Skills :

Front-End :

- Next.js, React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3

Back-End :

- Node.js, Express.js

- Python (preferred) with Django REST Framework

Databases :

- PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB

Preferred Exposure :

- Cloud platforms : AWS / Azure

- Git & CI/CD pipelines

- Message Queuing systems (nice to have e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ)

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science or related field

- Strong understanding of microservices architecture

- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative Agile environment

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
