Techolution - Data Analyst - SQL

Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports to support business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, optimize processes, and help drive data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support business operations.

- Interpret data, analyze results, and provide actionable insights.

- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex datasets.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver accurate solutions.

- Prepare ad hoc analysis and present findings to management.

- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.

- Support data migration, integration, and automation projects.

Required Qualifications :

- 4-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.

- Proficiency in SQL and experience with querying databases.

- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

- Knowledge of statistical techniques and concepts (e.g., regression, distributions).

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
