Responsibilities :
- The TSO will be responsible for overseeing daily operations related to technical support, collaboratively engaging with team members to ensure service excellence.
- The role includes identifying and resolving technical issues, performing routine system checks, and documenting troubleshooting processes for future reference.
- Deliver technical assistance via multiple communication channels, ensuring users receive timely solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and address recurring issues.
- Monitor and analyze trends in support requests to develop proactive solutions.
- Contribute to the training and development of junior support staff, ensuring skill enhancement and knowledge sharing.
- A successful candidate will possess a degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in technical support or a similar position.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, with a solid understanding of network protocols.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools is highly preferred.
- Willingness to learn new technologies to keep up with the evolving technical landscape.
