Job Description :

We are partnering with a leading global Banking organization to hire a Head of Technology Delivery to lead enterprise-wide technology delivery, transformation, and execution across complex business and technology portfolios.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end technology delivery across large-scale transformation programs.

- Drive execution excellence using Agile, Scaled Agile (SAFe), Lean, Six Sigma, and Change Management methodologies.

- Partner with business and technology leaders to deliver strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

- Build and lead high-performing technology delivery teams across multiple geographies.

- Drive AI-enabled transformation initiatives to improve delivery efficiency, automation, and business outcomes.

- Ensure governance, risk management, quality assurance, and successful program execution.

Required Experience :

- 20+ years of experience in Technology Delivery, Professional Services, Financial Services, or Wealth Management.

- Proven leadership of large-scale technology transformation and delivery programs.

- Strong expertise in Scaled Agile (SAFe), Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, Project & Change Management.

- Experience leading global teams and managing senior business stakeholder relationships.

- Demonstrated experience delivering AI Transformation and technology modernization initiatives.

- Excellent people leadership, strategic planning, and execution capabilities.
