Technology Analyst - Azure Data Factory

Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Azure Developer with strong hands-on experience in Azure Data Factory (ADF) and other Azure services. The ideal candidate will be capable of handling end-to-end application responsibilities - from requirement gathering and client communication to development and deployment - within an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement data integration and transformation solutions using Azure Data Factory (ADF).

- Manage end-to-end application delivery, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Ensure best practices in Azure development, performance optimization, and data security.

- Work within Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver high-quality, scalable, and reliable solutions.

- Integrate ADF pipelines with other Azure services such as Azure Functions, Blob Storage, and Azure SQL.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data workflows to ensure performance and reliability.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6-8 years of experience in Azure Data Factory (ADF) implementation and development.

- Strong expertise in designing and managing data pipelines, data flows, and triggers.

- Experience with Azure DevOps, build/release pipelines, and deployment automation.

- Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience.

- Ability to handle end-to-end ownership of development tasks and deliverables.

- Familiarity with Agile project management practices.

Good to Have :

- Knowledge of C#, .NET, or Python for data processing and automation.

- Exposure to other Azure services (e.g., Function Apps, ADF, Blob Storage, Azure SQL).

- Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
