Techno-Functional Lead - Linux & Windows Server

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Lead with a strong background in managing Linux and Windows Server environments, as well as expertise in Azure infrastructure and cloud support. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting Kubernetes/OpenShift and Docker environments, and handling application deployments, production support, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and support Linux (RHEL) and Windows Server environments.

- Provide Azure infrastructure and cloud support.

- Support Kubernetes/OpenShift and Docker environments.

- Handle application deployments, production support, and troubleshooting.

- Monitor systems using monitoring and ticketing tools and resolve incidents.

- Troubleshoot basic firewall, networking, connectivity, and infrastructure issues.

- Coordinate with technical and functional teams for smooth operations and service delivery.

- Drive incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and infrastructure stability.
