Key Responsibilities :
- Utilize strong PL/SQL and SQL knowledge to develop and maintain technical solutions.
- Apply Fast Formula knowledge to design payroll rules and processes.
- Work with Archive/BIP to create reports and support business needs.
- Interpret business requirements and translate them into technical design and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide regular progress updates and effort estimates.
- Adhere to coding standards and ensure technical solutions are optimized and scalable.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 4 to 10 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Modules.
- A total of 5+ years of experience in Oracle-related roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
- Self-motivated problem solver with the ability to work independently and in a team setting.
