Job Description : Technical Solution Architect

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Technical Solution Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance architectures using Python, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and microservices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and long-term scalability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and architect scalable microservices-based solutions for complex business problems.

- Lead the end-to-end architecture lifecycle from requirement analysis to technical delivery.

- Define and document architecture principles, technology standards, and system integrations.

- Guide the development teams on best practices in Python, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and API design.

- Ensure architectural integrity and scalability across systems and services.

- Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud deployment strategies.

- Conduct code and architecture reviews and mentor engineering teams.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and evaluate their applicability to the business.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6+ years of overall experience in software engineering with at least 3+ years in solution architecture.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Python development and frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Flask, Django).

- Deep understanding of PostgreSQL and MongoDB database modeling and performance tuning.

- Proven experience designing and implementing microservices architectures.

- Experience with RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and event-driven systems.

- Proficiency in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and modern DevOps practices.

- Strong understanding of software design patterns, scalability principles, and system integration.

Preferred Qualifications :

- B.Tech, Engineering degree, or related field.

- Experience in high-volume, low-latency application environments.

- Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.) is a plus.
