Technical Python Lead - Flask/Django

Spectral Consultants is hiring a Technical Python Lead for one of the leading Gen-AI powered PaaS companies revolutionizing the insurance industry and helping organizations drive operational excellence!.

Experience Level : 7 to 10 Years.

Location : Chennai.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality Python applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design & deliver new features.

- Build applications using Flask, FastAPI, or Django.

- Design scalable, high-performance solutions with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).

- Work with integration patterns & authentication frameworks.

- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.

- Deploy and manage applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Apply design patterns for maintainability and scalability.

- Use Git for efficient version control.

- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance.

- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements :

- Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 4 years of professional experience in Python development.

- Hands-on with Flask / FastAPI / Django.

- Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).

- Strong REST API and third-party integration experience.

- Worked with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Proficient in design patterns, multithreading, and concurrent programming.

- Experience with unittest, pytest.

- Proficient in Git version control.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently & in teams.

- Experience mentoring and reviewing team deliverables is must.
