Were looking for a Technical Project Manager with technical depth, organizational excellence, and leadership skills to manage end-to-end website development and implementation projects.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Project Ownership : Lead and manage multiple website design and development projects from planning to delivery across HubSpot CMS, WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, and Wix.

- Technical Expertise : Collaborate with developers and designers to define architecture, workflow, and implementation strategy for CMS-based and custom-built websites.

- Quality Management : Establish and enforce coding standards, QA processes, web performance benchmarks, and responsive design best practices.

- Client Communication : Act as the primary technical liaison between clients and internal teams. Translate business requirements into actionable tasks.

- Timeline & Resource Planning : Create project timelines, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure projects meet deadlines and quality expectations.

- Server & Hosting Oversight : Oversee hosting setup, domain configuration, DNS management, SSL implementation, and website deployment processes.

- Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, introduce automation tools, and improve project delivery efficiency.

- Emerging Tech Awareness : Stay updated with the latest web trends, technologies, frameworks, and CMS advancements.

- Cross-functional Collaboration : Coordinate between developers, designers, marketers, and QA engineers to ensure seamless delivery.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Technologies, or equivalent.

- 3+ years of experience managing website development projects (CMS-based and custom).

- Strong understanding of HubSpot CMS, WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, and Wix.

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and backend technologies (PHP, Node.js, or equivalent) preferred.

- Experience with website hosting platforms (e.g., cPanel, AWS, DigitalOcean, or HubSpot hosting).

- Familiarity with SEO best practices, website performance optimization, and web accessibility standards.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong problem-solving attitude with a focus on delivering quality and performance
