Looking for a hands on technical leader with strong delivery skills

Requirements :

- An Engineering graduate with overall experience around 12-15 years in java technologies.

- Experience of delivering more than 2 software systems from inception till release

- Hands on development experience in java, Spring, Hibernate, springboot, restful webservices & Angular technologies

- Passion about software architecture, design and writing good code (fingers on keyboard)

- Adept in new design frameworks and to incorporate them to increase RoI of software

- Implement right delivery methodology to continuously improve the speed and quality of delivery

- Atleast 2 years of Technical Product Management experience or should have held a Senior Technical position.

- Experience of leading of 25-30 people across architects, designers, developers and QA

- Strong ability to hire, build and lead a team of world class software development engineers

- Capacity to build a culture of agile delivery, with high quality and challenging timelines

- A hands-on results/delivery-oriented professional who has proven/potential ability to drive high caliber engineering teams

- Demonstrated teamwork with peers and collaboration with all members of the management team is required

- Should be able to deal with uncertainty

- Excellent communicational, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, presentation skills, motivational and leadership skills

Role Description :

- Being part of the core development team by being hands on in engineering and development of the web and enterprise systems

- Develop technology strategy and roadmap.

- Build a culture and tradition of delivery, continuous improvement and innovation

- Build software for a fast growing Insure-tech, enabling it to launch new products at short notice

- Deliver software and platforms that enable to scale, with quality to deliver a great experience to its users

- Responsible for hire, build and lead a technology team ( Java,UI,DB & QA) from scratch

- Specializes in Software development process improvement initiatives, with a focus on Software Metrics and quantitative techniques.

- Driving continuous improvement of the product offerings by soliciting and incorporating developer feedback and focusing on defining and meeting/exceeding service levels for our offerings
