Youll partner with cross-functional teams to architect, develop, and deliver scalable solutions, while mentoring developers and overseeing quality across the full SDLC.

Key Responsibilities :

- Solution Architecture & Design: Lead end-to-end technical design for AI driven features, ensuring alignment with business goals and scalability requirements.

- Hands-on Development: Contribute to and guide development in .NET (Core. and Framework) and React.js for front-end interfaces.

- Code Quality & Reviews: Establish and enforce coding standards; conduct systematic code reviews to maintain high quality and best practices.

- CI/CD Pipeline Ownership: Design, implement, and optimize automated build, test, and deployment pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).

- AI Integration: Evaluate and integrate AI/ML components models, APIs, and services into existing and new applications.

- QA Team Management: Oversee QA planning and execution; define test strategies, delegate tasks, and ensure defect resolution and release readiness.

- Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Coach and mentor developers; foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Product, UX, and Operations teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 6+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in a technical lead capacity.

- Proven expertise in .NET (C#, ASP..NET Core) and React.js.

- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and hands-on experience consuming AI services (e.g., Azure Cognitive Services, TensorFlow, PyTorch integrations).

- Deep familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices automated builds, deployments, and infrastructure as code.

- Demonstrated ability to conduct code reviews and enforce best practices. (SOLID principles, design patterns).

- Experience managing and scaling a QA team, defining test frameworks, driving quality metrics.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to craft end-to-end technical solutions.

- Strong communication skills, with experience liaising between technical teams and business stakeholders.

- Work from office full-time.

Desirable Skills :

- Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, or other container orchestration platforms.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and serverless architectures.

- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence).

- Prior exposure to data engineering or DevOps practices.
