Technical Project Manager - Java

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in Java technologies to lead and manage end-to-end software development projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on technical expertise along with excellent project management and stakeholder handling skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery for Java-based applications

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders

- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables

- Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans

- Drive technical discussions and architecture decisions

- Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance of applications

- Manage client communication and provide regular status updates

- Handle team allocation, performance tracking, and mentoring

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture

- Good understanding of REST APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

- Experience with database technologies (SQL/NoSQL)

- Hands-on with CI/CD tools, Git, Jira

- Knowledge of system design and architecture

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Required Experience :

- 12+ years of overall IT experience

- Minimum 3-5 years in Project/Program Management role

- Prior experience in handling Java-based development projects

Qualifications :

- PMP / Scrum certification is an added advantage
