Job Overview :

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Project Manager with 8-12 years of experience to lead our engineering teams in building scalable, consumer-facing software applications. In this role, you will manage cross-functional teams, define project goals and roadmaps, and oversee the software development lifecycle end-to-end. You'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, high performance, and alignment with user needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage the tasks and deliverables of full-stack engineering teams, ensuring high productivity and quality.

- Supervise the progress of multiple projects, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery within budget and scope.

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (product, design, QA, etc.) to define project requirements, vision, scope, and roadmaps.

- Coordinate project activities, track milestones, and proactively identify and resolve roadblocks to maintain project momentum.

- Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop effective mitigation strategies to minimize project impact.

- Report project status, progress, and risks clearly and concisely to stakeholders and leadership, maintaining transparency.

- Ensure developed code is well-tested, thoroughly documented, and meets all compliance and security standards.

- Perform code reviews and provide technical mentorship to team members, fostering their growth and adherence to best practices.

- Champion a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous learning within the engineering teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8 to 12 Years of experience in software development and technical project management.

- 3+ years of experience managing teams of 10+ engineers in full-stack/cloud-based application development.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, React.js, AWS, and Project Management methodologies.

- Proven ability to manage the triple constraints of time, scope, and resources effectively.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); CSM/CSPO certification preferred.

- Experience leading infrastructure, platform, or enablement initiatives.

- Hands-on expertise in backend technologies : Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, AWS services, and Serverless architecture.

- Familiarity with frontend technologies and tools like React.js, Babel, Webpack, and NPM.

- Experience with RESTful APIs, MVC architecture, and distributed systems.

- Proficiency in Git and modern version control workflows.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Exposure to gaming or startup environments is a plus.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
