- Define priorities and scope ensure ontime within scope and on budget delivery

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans manage resources schedules and budgets

- Proven experience in driving project change initiatives

- Ensure project aligns with organisational goals and regulatory requirements

Stakeholder Engagement :

- Collaborate with business units IT teams and external vendors to gather requirements and ensure smooth project execution

- Provide regular project updates to senior management and other stakeholders

Governance and Compliance :

- Experience of working in a regulated environment with exposure to global regulatory requirements including GDPR SOX PCI DSS and ISO 27001

- Implement robust governance practices to manage risks and ensure compliance

Team Coordination and Leadership :

- Lead crossfunctional teams work alongside project managers control owners business analysts and technical specialists Foster collaboration and resolve conflicts to maintain project momentum

- Proven track record of working with technical cybersecurity andor operations teams

- Lead geographically disbursed team and pull them together to achieve common objectives

- Excellent written and verbal communications

Process Improvement :

- Continuously evaluate processes and propose enhancements to improve efficiency scalability and security

- Develop and implement best practices for project delivery

Risk and Issue Management :

- Identify assess and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle

- Proactively manage issues and dependencies to avoid project delays

Documentation

- Project initiation planning execution monitoring and closure documentation including but not limit project charter project plan various status report performance report and project closeout report

MustHave Qualifications

Experience

- Minimum 710 years of project management experience

Project Management Skills

- Expertise in Agile Waterfall or hybrid project management methodologies

- Proficiency in using project management tools like JIRA Microsoft Project or equivalent

- Proactive attitude to delivery

- Go getter and provides input into discussions to help drive things forward

- Able to adapt to technology well and is confident in discussion

- Presents well and is able to hold meaningful discussions and challenge where needed

- Support PoCPilot testing with Application owners to adopt open standards based authentication protocols

- Work with Architecture on production infrastructure design

Education and Certification

- Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field

- Project Management certifications such as PMP PRINCE2 or Agile Certified Practitioner PMIACP

Technical Expertise

- Is familiar with Active Directory AD and Microsoft EntraIDAzure AD

- Technically versed on different authentication protocols ie Kerberos LDAP SAML OIDC OAuth

- Can hold technical discussions to provide overviews and benefits of each authentication protocol

- Previous experience working with applicationsplatforms to adopt authentication protocols with an Identity Provider ie Active Directory AD Microsoft EntraIDAzure AD

- Technically versed and has the ability to analyse review and adapt to different technologies
