Role Overview:

As a Technical Project Manager (Data & Analytics) at Jinendra Infotech, you will be instrumental in leading the end-to-end delivery of complex data and analytics projects, particularly those under a fixed-price model. This role demands a blend of deep technical acumen in data engineering and cloud platforms, coupled with exceptional project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

You will work closely with clients to understand their strategic objectives, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and guide cross-functional teams of data engineers, architects, and analysts to ensure successful project execution and delivery. Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex data and analytics projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines, with a strong emphasis on Fixed Price Project Delivery models.

- Manage client relationships and expectations effectively, serving as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications and escalations.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams leveraging expertise in Azure Databricks, Google Cloud Platform, and various ETL tools such as Informatica, Datastage, Abinitio, and SSIS.

- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, developing comprehensive project plans and resource allocation strategies.

- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, implementing effective contingency plans to ensure project continuity and success.

- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of robust ETL pipelines and data warehousing solutions, ensuring data quality, integrity, and performance.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, mentoring technical staff and promoting best practices in data engineering and project management.

- Conduct regular project reviews, providing transparent progress updates and performance reports to both internal and external stakeholders.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project delivery processes, incorporating lessons learned and evolving industry standards.

- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skillset:

- A minimum of 12-15 years of progressive experience in IT project management, with a significant focus on data warehousing, business intelligence, and analytics initiatives.

- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex technical projects, particularly those involving Fixed Price Project Delivery models.

- Profound understanding and hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms, including Azure Databricks and Google Cloud Platform.

- Strong technical proficiency in various ETL tools such as Informatica, Datastage, Abinitio, and SSIS, with the ability to guide technical teams.

- Exceptional Stakeholder Management skills, adept at navigating complex client environments, managing expectations, and building strong, trust-based relationships.

- Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional technical teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities, with a track record of successfully resolving project challenges.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field.

- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are highly desirable.
