Job Description :


The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end implementation projects in a SaaS environment, ensuring high-quality delivery within defined timelines and budgets.

This role demands strong project planning skills, client management capabilities, and deep experience leading technical implementations across multiple teams.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to collaborate effectively within a matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive project planning and execution with a strong focus on implementation excellence.

- Ensure all project implementations are completed within agreed timelines while providing regular status updates to clients.

- Deliver web-based training, presentations, and product functionality sessions for successful client onboarding and product adoption.

- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to support client delivery, meet productivity targets, ensure accurate forecasting, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

- Manage ongoing customer work, new partner implementations, and service deployments in a SaaS environment.

- Apply Agile methodologies in managing project cycles, ensuring iterative progress and stakeholder alignment.

- Mitigate risks and conflicts, especially at client management levels, to maintain smooth project delivery.

- Oversee complete software implementation lifecyclefrom contract execution to go-live and post-production support.

- Manage multiple concurrent projects across various teams and departments.

- Communicate project status, risks, and milestones effectively to internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.

- Assist in preparing client work orders, estimates, and change requests.

- Manage software maintenance projects, programs, and change requests efficiently.

Qualifications :

Educational Background : BE / B.Tech / MCA (required)

Experience :

- 8- 12 years of total IT/Business consulting experience, with at least 5+ years in project management for software implementations.

- Prior experience managing multiple CRM/ERP or SaaS-based implementation projects.

- Proven experience working directly with clients in a delivery or consulting environment.

Certifications (Preferred) :

- PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner

- ITIL v4

- ServiceNow certification (good to have)

Technical Skills :

- Strong understanding of site design, site configuration, configuration validation, and technical troubleshooting.

- Good experience with data integrations and software deployment in SaaS models.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

- Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, or similar.

Behavioral Skills :

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong leadership and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Ability to collaborate effectively within a matrix organization.

- Strong conflict-resolution and stakeholder engagement skills
