Technical Operations Manager (Code Generation AI) :

We're experiencing exploding demand for high-quality coding datasets and are looking for a Technical Operations Manager to be the crucial link between our global big tech clients and our talented data labeling teams.

In this role, you'll be instrumental in ensuring seamless communication, successful project kick-offs, and the overall satisfaction of our enterprise clients.

You'll work closely with leading AI companies to understand their evolving needs in Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT), Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF), and evaluations for their groundbreaking code generation models.

What You'll Do :

- Client Relationship Management : Act as the primary point of contact for our global big tech clients, building strong relationships and understanding their technical requirements for code generation datasets.

- Project Lifecycle Management : Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial client engagement and requirement gathering to project kick-off, execution, and successful delivery.

- Communication & Coordination : Facilitate clear and effective communication between clients and our internal Ground Truth (GRT) teams, translating technical specifications into actionable tasks for our labeling workforce.

- Technical Scoping & Planning : Collaborate with clients and internal subject matter experts to define project scope, technical specifications, and success metrics for data labeling projects.

- Process Building & Optimization : Design, implement, and continuously improve processes for quality control and assurance of large-volume coding datasets.

- Develop scalable strategies for the management and performance optimization of a very large workforce and multiple project teams.

- Risk Management : Proactively identify potential roadblocks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

- Performance Monitoring : Track project progress, report on key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

What We're Looking For :

- 5+ years of experience in technical operations, program management, or a similar client-facing technical role, preferably within the AI/ML data services industry.

- Proven experience working with global enterprise clients, particularly big tech companies (e.g., Google, OpenAI, Meta).

- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, particularly in the context of large language models and code generation.

- Familiarity with SFT, RLHF, and evaluation methodologies is highly desirable.

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

- Experience in creating and implementing project plans and managing technical teams.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.

- A Masters Degree in Management is preferred.

- Technical Knowledge Focus : While this is not a hands-on coding role, a solid conceptual understanding of popular full-stack technologies is highly beneficial.

- This includes familiarity with core web development languages like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, along with popular frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js for front-end understanding.

- On the back-end, knowledge of languages like Python (with frameworks like Django/Flask), Node.js (with Express.js/NestJS), or Java (with Spring Boot) and an understanding of database concepts (SQL and NoSQL like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) will be valuable in conversing with clients and technical teams.

- Additionally, a strong preference will be given to candidates who possess knowledge of post-model training techniques, an understanding of LLM benchmarking specifically for code generation (e.g., HumanEval, SWE-Bench), and proven experience in managing the quality of large-volume coding datasets for AI training.
