Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Technical Operations Lead with hands-on expertise in Node.js, server-side frameworks, and backend system integration. The ideal candidate will lead technical operations, ensure smooth backend services, integrate multiple databases, and enforce security and compliance best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage backend development operations using Node.js and frameworks like Express.js.

- Ensure robust and scalable server-side applications for multiple integrated systems.

- Apply asynchronous programming patterns efficiently and handle concurrency issues.

- Integrate databases (MySQL, DB2, Oracle, or equivalent) and multiple data sources into cohesive backend systems.

- Implement user authentication, authorization, and secure access controls across platforms.

- Collaborate with front-end teams to support HTML5, CSS3, and server-side templating integration.

- Implement messaging systems (Kafka or similar) and ensure seamless communication between services.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize backend processes, ensuring security compliance and high availability.
