We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Technical Mentor / Trainer to be part of our CSR-driven Learning & Development Program, aimed at empowering talented graduates from underprivileged backgrounds.
This initiative creates a unique bridge between raw potential and professional success, offering real-world technical training and mentorship that prepares these individuals for careers in leading multinational companies (MNCs).
The Mentor will play a pivotal role in shaping their journey from classroom learning to working on live projects with top MNC partners, where their skills, productivity, and contribution will directly influence their placement and onboarding opportunities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and deliver a hands-on, structured learning program focused on Java Full Stack Development (Core Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, Angular/React, MySQL, etc.).
- Create and track a personalized learning roadmap for each trainee to ensure holistic technical and professional development.
- Guide trainees through live software projects in collaboration with top MNC teams, simulating real client environments and coding standards.
- Mentor trainees on problem-solving, code quality, and team collaboration, ensuring they meet industry expectations.
- Evaluate trainees performance, productivity, and contribution during training providing inputs that help MNC partners assess readiness for onboarding.
- Inspire, motivate, and nurture confidence among learners from non-privileged educational backgrounds.
- Conduct regular progress reviews, performance discussions, and technical assessments.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and MNC project leads to align learning outcomes with live project needs.
- Continuously evolve the curriculum to reflect emerging tools, technologies, and agile practices.
Required Skills & Experience :
- 5+ years of experience in software development using Java Full Stack technologies (Core Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, RESTful APIs, Angular/React, MySQL, etc.).
- Strong exposure to real-world project implementation and client delivery cycles.
- Proven ability to mentor junior engineers or guide teams through project-based learning.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Git, Maven, Jenkins, Docker, or related DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- A compassionate, patient, and motivating approach toward learners.

- Deep sense of purpose and empathy, especially for mentoring youth from diverse and underprivileged backgrounds.
- Strong believer in the power of education, exposure, and empowerment.
- Ability to make learning interactive, practical, and industry-aligned.
- Passionate about bridging the academicindustry gap through hands-on mentoring.
Educational Qualification :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Professional certifications in Java / Full Stack / Cloud / Agile will be an added advantage.
