Technical Manager - Java/Spring Boot

Responsibilities :

- Lead the technical delivery of Java or Flutter-based applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability.

- Manage the complete software development lifecycle planning, development, testing, UAT, and production support.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, Product Management, or QA to deliver robust solutions.

- Own and manage client interactions, including requirement analysis, demos, and technical reviews.

- Drive agile delivery, mentor team members, and ensure delivery milestones are met.

- Provide hands-on support during critical technical challenges and act as a technical escalation point.

- Coordinate integrations with APIs, third-party tools, or enterprise systems.

- Stay updated with the latest trends in web or mobile development technologies.

Key Skills :

- Experience building cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter or developing backend services in Java.

- Good understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party service integration

Preferred Skills :

- Proficiency in modern programming languages (Java, Python, .NET).

- Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Understanding of data architecture and security principles.
