Technical Manager - Java

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Spring Boot applications in a microservice architecture.

- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and asynchronous services.

- Integrate and optimize applications with AWS services such as ECS, ECR, SQS, CloudWatch, Secrets Manager, RDS, and S3.

- Ensure secure, observable, and scalable service deployments.

- Implement and maintain unit and integration tests (JUnit, Mockito).

- Work closely with DevOps on containerization (Docker), CI/CD, and deployment pipelines.

- Participate in sprint planning, technical design, and code reviews.

Required Skills :

- 4+ yrs experience as Technical Manager and team handling

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot development.

- Strong experience with REST APIs, JSON, and microservice communication patterns.

- Proficiency in AWS services ECS, SQS, S3, Secrets Manager, and RDS.

- Strong understanding of containerized environments using Docker and deployment via ECS (Fargate/EC2).

- Experience with SQL databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.

- Knowledge of Angular or React for front-end integration.

- Strong understanding of dependency injection, security, and config management in Spring.

- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
