We're looking for a visionary Technical Lead to drive our software development initiatives and evolve into a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) within 3 years.

This strategic role calls for a blend of technical excellence, leadership acumen, and deep understanding of media-tech ecosystems. You'll lead teams developing scalable solutions for broadcast management, OTT platforms, and AI-driven content automation, while ensuring technology remains aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Strategic Planning & Vision :

- Contribute to the company's technology strategy by identifying and evaluating emerging technologies.

- Translate business goals into technology roadmaps aligned with future-focused solutions in AI, Web 3.0, and the metaverse.

- Communicate technology strategies effectively to both internal teams and external stakeholders.

2. Technical Leadership & Innovation :

- Architect and oversee media-tech solutions including cloud-based broadcast systems (AWS, Azure) and AI/ML-driven platforms.

- Implement best practices in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable infrastructure supporting products like targeted TV advertising and OTT/VOD solutions.

- Collaborate with product teams to ensure delivery of innovative and technically sound solutions.

3. Operational Management :

- Optimize technology operations including systems infrastructure, security, and vendor management.

- Assist in budgeting, tracking, and efficient resource allocation.

4. Team Leadership & Collaboration :

- Lead and mentor a team of 20+ developers, fostering innovation and continuous learning.

- Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and client teams to deliver impactful solutions.

5. Training & Development :

- Support upskilling initiatives, helping team members stay ahead with new technologies and tools.

6. Industry-Specific Expertise :

- Enhance the organization's media-tech capabilities by leveraging trends such as real-time virtual advertising and distributed data systems.

7. Risk Management & Compliance :

- Ensure adherence to data regulations (ISO, GDPR, SOC2) and strengthen cybersecurity measures for digital assets.

8. CTO Readiness :

- Transition into broader CTO responsibilities within 3- 5 years, including shaping tech strategy, managing R&D P&L, and representing the organization at global industry platforms.

Key Skills :

Experience : 15+ years in software development with 8- 10 years in leadership roles across product or SaaS environments.

Technical Skills :

- Cloud architectures (AWS, Azure), AI/ML frameworks, distributed systems.

- Agile methodologies, DevOps, and database management (Redis, PostgreSQL, MS SQL).

- Hands-on with Angular, React, Python, .NET/Core, etc.

Industry Knowledge : Exposure to content rights management, OTT platforms, or broadcast workflows is highly desirable.

Education : Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or related discipline. Certifications like AWS Solutions Architect or Scrum Master are an advantage
