Role Summary :

The Technical Lead Software Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing software solutions, supporting software releases, optimizing network performance, and providing technical guidance to development teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Design & Development :

- Design software architecture components aligned with solution requirements.

- Support implementation and integration of NTN, 4G, 5G, and IoT solutions.

- Collaborate with development teams to ensure architecture compliance.

- Develop and review technical design documents.

Release & Delivery Management :

- Manage software release planning and execution.

- Track defects, coordinate bug fixes, and drive RCA activities.

- Support FOA execution for various RAN products.

- Coordinate with testing and deployment teams for successful releases.

Network Performance & Optimization :

- Analyze and troubleshoot KPIs for NTN/4G/5G/IoT networks.

- Perform RF optimization and drive test log analysis.

- Conduct UE trace analysis and recommend parameter changes.

- Execute parameter audits and performance improvement initiatives.

- Optimize SON parameters for mobility and traffic balancing.

Team Collaboration :

- Provide technical guidance to engineers and junior architects.

- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.

- Maintain KPI, counter, and performance databases.

Required Skills :

- 8- 10 years of experience in Telecom Software Architecture, RF Optimization, or Network Performance.

- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, JIRA, Software Release Management, and Cloud Technologies.

- Strong expertise in KPI analysis, UE trace analysis, RF optimization, and troubleshooting.

- Understanding of 3GPP and ORAN standards.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to drive technical execution and delivery.
