Technical Lead - Sitecore

Job Summary :

We are looking for an innovative Technical Lead with 6+ years of experience in ASP.NET and C# to join a team of highly skilled Sitecore MVPs. This technical leadership role demands a blend of deep technical expertise in Sitecore and Microsoft Technologies with the ability to provide strategic architectural guidance. The Lead will drive technical design, ensure implementation meets high standards, and contribute technical expertise (including some coding) while working in tandem with Architects, Delivery Managers, and Fortune 500 customer technical teams.

Job Description :

Technical Leadership and Solution Architecture :

- Function as the Technical Lead of the software development team, focusing on Sitecore and core Microsoft Technologies.

- Be responsible for Architecting Solutions, designing, building, and delivering innovative solutions with a focus on advanced technical strategies and technical architecture.

- Drive technical design and implementation, providing essential technical expertise to the project team, including hands-on coding when required.

- Define and implement solutions quickly, efficiently, and cost-effectively to meet client demands.

- Ensure that the final design and architecture meet internal standards and client-recommended standards, providing high-level technical coverage for the project.

Design, Analysis, and Code Quality:

- Participate in a wide range of design activities, from meticulous requirements analysis through detailed systems, application, and/or process design specification.

- Perform regular code/design reviews to ensure high code quality, adherence to best practices, and system scalability.

- Demonstrate creativity and innovation and the ability to abstract detailed requirements into larger architectural patterns.

- Understand how various technical disciplines integrate to provide a complete solution for clients.

- Possess a broad understanding of digital solutions/verticals (good to have).

Development and Technology Expertise:

- Possess mandatory 6+ years of experience in ASP.NET and C#.

- Demonstrate mandatory experience of at least 2 end-to-end Sitecore implementation/projects.

- Required exposure to JavaScript, Web Services, Ajax, Stored Procedures, and Triggers.

- Experience with the full Microsoft technology stack, including WCF, WPF, LINQ, Silverlight, and Web parts.

- Experience and strong knowledge of Relational Databases, specifically SQL Server 2000 and/or 2005 /2008.

- Mandatory development experience on maintenance projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Sitecore: Experience in Sitecore (2 end-to-end projects minimum).

- Core Development: 6 yrs Experience in ASP.NET, C#.

- Database: Experience and knowledge of Relational Databases (SQL Server 2000+/2005/2008) and writing Stored Procedures and Triggers.

- Web Tech: Exposure to JavaScript, Web Services, and Ajax.

- Testing/DevOps: Hands-on experience of any of the Microsoft platform unit testing tools, code analyzer tools, and continuous integration tools.

- Leadership: Ability to provide technical leadership and abstract detail into larger architectural patterns.

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of Headless /SXA (Sitecore Experience Accelerator) architecture.

- Knowledge of a UI framework (Angular or React).

- Good written and presentation skills.

- Good to have knowledge of ISMS (Information Security Management System).

- Valid Visa (added advantage) and willingness to travel.
