Required Skills & Experience :

- 10 plus years of software development experience with a strong focus on JavaScript/TypeScript.

- 3+ years in a technical leadership role.

Proven experience building applications with :

Mandatory Skills : ReactJS, NodeJS, TypeScript, JavaScript.

Good to Have : IoT application experience.

We are seeking a hands-on Technical Lead to spearhead the design, architecture, and development of our IoT platform and SDKs.

This role requires deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript technologies including React, Electron, and Node. js, along with strong experience in building IoT-integrated systems and backend SDKs/APIs.

The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and tactical executor, comfortable writing production-level code while guiding a cross-functional team through complex technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the architecture, design, and development of cross-platform desktop and cloud IoT applications using React and Electron.

- Own and build scalable Node.js backend services, SDKs, and APIs to interface with IoT devices and cloud infrastructure.

- Integrate and manage real-time data from various IoT sensors, devices, and third-party APIs.

- Collaborate closely with Product, UX/UI, and QA teams to ship high-quality features on time.

- Review and guide the work of engineers through code reviews, mentorship, and design discussions.

- Define and enforce best practices in code quality, testing, deployment, and DevOps.

- Drive decisions on architecture, infrastructure, and technical standards across the product suite.

- Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement solutions that improve system reliability and performance.

- Help scope features, provide realistic time estimates and align technical delivery with sprint or release plans.
