About the Opportunity :

As a Tech Lead, youll drive the design, architecture, and execution of key technology initiatives powering our Generative AI platform. Youll lead a small team of engineers, make high-impact technical decisions, and ensure scalability and reliability across distributed systems. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves coding but thrives on mentorship and system ownership.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and scale core backend systems for AI-driven workloads

- Lead a team of engineers and ensure technical excellence

- Translate product goals into detailed technical roadmaps

- Ensure best practices in system design, code quality, and deployment

- Conduct design reviews, mentor engineers, and manage project delivery

Required Qualifications :

- 5 to 10 years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years leading teams

- Strong grasp of distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, and concurrency

- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go

- Deep understanding of system performance, scaling, and resiliency patterns

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud platforms

- Proven mentorship and leadership in high-performance teams
