A Tech Lead Python Developer with 4+ yrs - 12+ years of experience is required to design and scale backend systems using Python, with strong proficiency in frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI. The role focuses on developing RESTful APIs, optimizing SQL/NoSQL databases, and managing cloud deployments (AWS/GCP/Azure) using Docker/Kubernetes.

Key Requirements & Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership : 7-12 years in software development, with 6+ years specifically in Python, providing architectural guidance and mentoring team members.

Framework Expertise : In-depth knowledge of Django, Flask, and FastAPI to build scalable, high-performance web applications.

API & Backend Development : Expert in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).

Database Management : Strong skills in SQL optimization and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).

DevOps & Cloud : Proficiency in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI).

Core Engineering : Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, system design, and Python internals.

- Strong hands-on experience with Python and backend development

- Good exposure to frameworks like Django / Flask / FastAPI

- Experience working with REST APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and system architecture

- Ability to lead a team, perform code reviews, and provide technical guidance
