About the Role :

We are looking for a Python Technical Lead to provide leadership in designing, developing, and deploying large-scale backend systems. This is an individual contributor role requiring expertise in Python, Kubernetes, and Linux/Unix environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead development of scalable Python-based backend systems.

- Drive technical excellence, coding standards, and architecture best practices.

- Mentor and guide cross-project teams.

- Deploy, scale, and orchestrate applications via Kubernetes.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project roadmaps.

- Optimize performance and ensure system reliability.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 15+ years in IT, with 4 to 5 years in leadership roles.

- Deep expertise in Python and backend development.

- Strong Linux/Unix systems background.

- Hands-on expertise in Kubernetes (mandatory).

- Strong coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
