Technical Lead - Python & AWS

Role Overview :

We are seeking a Technical Lead (Python/AWS) to lead backend architecture and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance microservices-based systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on skills in Python (Flask), AWS (Lambda, Redshift, Glue, S3), RDBMS optimization, and CI/CD automation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and lead backend systems for scalability and uptime.

- Build and maintain microservices & REST APIs with Flask.

- Design optimized RDBMS/SQL databases (PostgreSQL, Aurora).

- Manage production-grade AWS deployments (Lambda, Glue, Redshift, S3).

- Drive CI/CD using GitHub Actions, Docker, Terraform, Kubernetes.

- Mentor and lead developers, enforce coding standards and reviews.

- Implement logging, monitoring (CloudWatch, Prometheus, ELK).

- Align development with business goals and estimation accuracy.

- Ensure security, compliance, and performance optimization.

Must-Have Skills :

- Python (Flask), Celery

- AWS Services: Lambda, Glue, Redshift, S3

- Microservices & API Gateway, distributed systems

- SQL Alchemy, PostgreSQL, performance tuning

- CI/CD: GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform

- Monitoring: ELK, CloudWatch, Prometheus

- Agile/Scrum and excellent communication

Mandatory Experience :

- Background in high-scale product companies with focus on uptime and defect prevention

- Deep exposure to US Healthcare domain is a plus

- Experience in leading and mentoring distributed engineering teams
