- Improve the technical competence of the team through training and development.

- Manage and deliver projects from conceptualization to final execution, including scope and change requests.

- Mentor and provide technical guidance and support to the team.

- Monitor development and unit-testing activities, and report on project progress.

- Interact with clients to create technical specifications and business functional requirements.

- Guide the team in defining technical architecture for projects, including finalizing DB schema.

- Review and improve code, performance, stability, and scalability of deliverables.

Requirements :

- Strong Python skills and familiarity with libraries like NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), especially services like S3, Lambda, EC2.

- Experience in microservices and serverless computing (preferred).

- Strong experience in design, implementation, and optimization of RDBMS databases, especially Postgres, MySQL/MariaDB.

- Experience in client relationship management, project coordination, and delivery management in an onsite-offshore model.

- Experience in developing technical/software design applications.
