Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Technical Lead (Production Support) to join our team in Mumbai (Turbhe). In this Band B3 role, you will be responsible for ensuring the high availability, stability, and security of critical application environments. You will lead production support operations, handle complex troubleshooting, manage infrastructure compliance, and drive process automation. Prior experience in the Banking Domain is highly preferred.

Required Technical & Professional Skills :

- Mandatory Skills : Strong hand-on proficiency in Linux/Unix, SQL, and Shell Scripting.

- Secondary Skills : Proven experience in Project Management and Leading a Team.

- Domain Knowledge : Prior experience in the Banking domain is highly desirable.

- Database & OS Management : Experience with database upgrades/reviews (Oracle, MSSQL) and various operating systems (Linux, Windows, AIX, Solaris).

- Infrastructure Tools : Familiarity with application deployment tools, WebLogic, OHS, WAS, IHS, and basic knowledge of monitoring tools.

Key Responsibilities :

- Incident Management : Fast troubleshooting and quick resolution of system issues, outages, and level-1 service requests (SR).

- Daily Operations : Perform health checks on applications and DB servers, handle infrastructure inventory, and conduct server resource trend analysis for month-end/year-end spikes.

- Maintenance & Deployment : Execute Change Requests (CR) for application deployments, perform backend updates/validations in DBs, and manage server induction and backup policies.

- Security & Compliance : Handle SSL certificate renewal tracking, port opening/firewall processes, ARSIM gaps, and vulnerability closures (OS patching, server maintenance).

- Disaster Recovery & Audits : Execute DR Drills, data purging activities, collect/share audit data, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOP).

- Automation : Proactively identify manual production tasks and design automation scripts to improve efficiency.
