Looking for an experienced Tech Lead Presales to join our growing presales team.

We are hiring a Tech Lead Presales to design and deliver scalable, cloud-agnostic solutions that win client confidence and business. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you will lead technical design, effort estimation, and solution presentations across web, mobile, and enterprise platforms.

JD :

- Architect and design solutions across AWS, Azure, GCP with Docker/EKS, ECS, EC2, RDS, etc.

- Provide cloud cost estimates and apply architecture patterns (Monolithic, Microservices, Event-Driven, Serverless).

- Work with backend (.NET, Node.js, Java, Python), frontend (React.js, Angular, Next.js),and React Native for mobility solutions.

- Build API-based integrations, with exposure to iPaaS/LCNC tools (Workato, Zapier).

- Design databases in RDBMS and NoSQL, including cloud DBs (Azure SQL, AWS RDS).

- Estimate and design AI-driven solutions (MCP Protocol, Agentic AI orchestration).

- Deliver solutions for LMS, HRIS/HCM, and CRM platforms.

- Support presales with POCs, demos, presentations, and client discussions.

Key Skills Required :

- 6 - 8 years of experience in technical leadership, solution design, and presales.

- Strong multi-cloud expertise (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Hands-on with web, mobile, integrations, databases, and AI solutions.

- Experience with LMS, HRIS/HCM, and CRM platforms (essential).

- Excellent client-facing communication & presentation skills.

- Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP, TOGAF) are a plus.
