Looking for a passionate and results-driven Software Engineer with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of backend architecture, and a proven track record of building scalable, high-performance systems in agile environments.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of scalable backend architectures and APIs.

- Mentor and guide the backend team to ensure technical excellence and code quality.

- Oversee sprint planning, delivery, and seamless integration across teams.

- Drive best practices in performance, security, and CI/CD automation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align architecture with business goals.

Requirements :

- 6+ years of commercial experience in backend development, with at least 2+ years in a lead or senior capacity.

- Strong expertise in PHP (Laravel, Lumen) and JavaScript (NodeJS).

- Hands-on experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.

- Proven experience in RESTful API design, GraphQL, and microservice communication patterns.

- Proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines.

- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
