Role Summary :

We are looking for a Technical Lead who will own end-to-end solution design, review and triage incoming work, allocate tasks across backend, AI/ML, frontend, and NFV engineers, and ensure high-quality on-time delivery.

The Lead will also be responsible for managing Nokia FlowOne development, integration, and testing activities.

Responsibilities :

- Review incoming requirements and convert them into clear technical tasks

- Create E2E architecture and high-level design documents (HLD/LLD)

- Distribute and track tasks across backend (FastAPI), AI/ML, frontend (Next.js), and NFV engineers

- Oversee Nokia FlowOne project development, configuration, integration, and testing

- Ensure smooth cross-team collaboration and timely delivery of milestones

- Review designs, code, testing outputs, and system integration quality

- Identify risks, manage dependencies, and remove delivery blockers

- Ensure adherence to security, performance, and compliance requirements

- Act as the primary technical escalation point for all engineering activities

Required Skills :

General Technical Leadership :

- Strong experience in designing distributed backend or analytics-based systems

- Ability to prepare architecture documents and break down high-level requirements

- Excellent team coordination, estimation, and delivery management skills

- Strong debugging, integration, and problem-solving abilities

- Good understanding of Next.js frontend architecture, APIs, and workflow basics

Nokia FlowOne (Core Skillset) :

- Strong understanding of FlowOne as a catalog-driven provisioning and order-management platform

- Hands-on with FlowOne modules : Order Manager, Order Hub, Service Catalogue, BST

- Experience integrating FlowOne with OSS/BSS, service inventory, and multi-vendor networks

- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, Java-based customisations, and SQL/PLSQL

- Knowledge of service lifecycle orchestration (order capture ? validation ? fulfilment ? activation)

- Practical experience in FlowOne SIT/UAT, production issue debugging, and go-live support

- Understanding of VNF/CNF provisioning workflows and network service models

Nice to Have :

- Experience with NFV MANO stack (NSD/VNFD, Mistral workflows)

- Exposure to FastAPI or AI/ML pipelines

- Experience working in telecom, OSS/BSS, network automation, or large KPI systems

- Knowledge of secure/offline deployment environments

- Ability to guide junior engineers technically
