Job Description :

Function : Software Engineering Backend Development Node.js Kafka Microservices AWS Kubernetes

Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a high-performing backend engineering team.

- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance backend systems using Node.js .

- Build and maintain robust microservices-based architectures.

- Design and manage event-driven systems using Kafka.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver impactful features.

- Ensure backend systems meet high standards of reliability, performance, and scalability.

- Drive technical decision-making and set best practices in software design and engineering.

- Partner with DevOps and cloud infrastructure teams to streamline deployment and monitoring.

Requirements :

- 6-8 years of backend development experience, with at least 2-3 years in a technical leadership or management role.

- Strong expertise in Node.js and backend development principles.

- Deep knowledge of microservices architecture and experience with Kafka or similar messaging systems.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

- Proficiency in containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

- Proven leadership and mentoring abilities; strong communication and collaboration skills.

- A mindset geared toward system reliability, performance tuning, and scalability.
