- Develop and maintain SharePoint components like web parts, workflows, site templates, and custom integrations.

- Ensure high code quality with attention to performance, scalability, and security best practices.

- Mentor junior team members, review code, and drive adherence to coding standards and agile practices.

- Act as a single point of contact for application issues, enhancements, and system improvements
