About the Role :

We are partnering with a dynamic, technology-driven organization to find a Tech Lead (.NET Developer) who is obsessed with code quality and modern architecture.

In this role, you wont just be maintaining legacy systems. You will be building scalable Microservices using the absolute latest tech stack (ASP.NET Core 9.0), implementing strict coding standards, and bridging the gap between high-performance backends and modern React frontends.

Key Responsibilities :

Who We Are Looking For :

- Experience : 8+ years of hands-on experience in the .NET ecosystem.

- Core Tech : Expert-level command of C#, .NET Core 6+ (preferably 8/9), and Web API.

- Frontend : Practical experience with React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.

- Data : Strong proficiency with both Relational (Postgres/MySQL) and NoSQL databases.

- Mindset : You understand Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and why Unit Testing (xUnit/NUnit) is non-negotiable.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points) :

- Experience with Cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).

- Knowledge of Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Exposure to Event-Driven Architecture (RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus).
