Technical Lead - .Net/React.js

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced and driven .NET Tech Lead to join our growing development team. In this role, youll be responsible for leading the design and development of scalable enterprise applications using modern technologies across the Microsoft .NET ecosystem. Youll mentor developers, shape architectural decisions, and help deliver reliable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work on both the backend and frontend, lead sprint ceremonies, and be actively involved in DevOps and CI/CD processes. Experience in the healthcare/medical domain will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide architectural guidance and make design decisions for both greenfield and legacy .NET applications.

- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure alignment with project goals.

- Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure backend systems using .NET Core and C#.

- Work across the full .NET ecosystem (.NET 3.5 through .NET 4.8) for modernization and compatibility.

- Build and manage RESTful APIs for internal and external integrations.

- Implement Entity Framework (EF Core) for ORM and database access.

- Create responsive, modern UI components using React.js.

- Style applications using CSS3, SCSS/Less, and Webpack for a polished user experience.

- Apply Microservices architecture principles to ensure modular, maintainable applications.

- Use MVC/MVVM design patterns to build scalable and testable codebases.

- Write unit tests and conduct automated testing to maintain code quality and reduce regressions.

- Ensure secure development practices using ASP.NET Identity, SSL/TLS, OAuth, and data encryption.

- CI/CD pipeline creation and management

- Git-based source control

- Automated build and deployment processes

- Optimize applications for performance, caching, and load balancing in high-scale environments.

- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Break down complex tasks into manageable work items for the development team.

- Deliver features on time while maintaining a high standard of quality and documentation.
