Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of .NET developers through the full software development life cycle (SDLC).

- Architect and develop scalable, secure, and high-performing .NET applications.

- Conduct code reviews, set up coding standards, and guide the team on best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, UI/UX, and Product.

- Troubleshoot and debug application issues and provide timely resolutions.

- Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum practices and manage sprints efficiently.

- Provide technical inputs and estimates during project planning phases.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements where applicable.

Requirements :

Qualifications :

- Graduation (Btech/BCA / Mtech/Other).

- Good Communication Skills.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).

- Strong experience with Web APIs, Entity Framework, LINQ, and SQL Server.

- Proficient in front-end technologies like JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5 and CSS.

- Familiarity with Angular/React is a plus.

- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is desirable.

- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

- Good communication and team management skills.
