As a Technical Lead, you will take ownership for your application by ensuring the alignment with the defined technical architecture and coding best practices. By providing your expert advice and executing code reviews you will act as a mentor for the team members.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Innovation and expertise :

- Act as a Technical Lead, driving the adoption of new ideas, technologies, and approaches to enhance solutions and processes, within the existing architecture.

- Act as a digitalization expert, developing new functionalities, extending existing code, and promoting solutions to bring the business value and quality to the next level.

Software design and development :

- Design and develop software solutions that meet business requirements.

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code,accompanied by detailed documentation.

Cross-Team collaboration :

- Collaborate and align with multiple teams across the organization, working on different technology stacks to ensure cohesive and integrated solutions.

Testing, debugging, and quality assurance :

- Test and debug software applications to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet project requirements.

- Participate in code reviews, bug triage, and other quality control activities to maintain development standards.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES :

- Knowledge of and experience with design patterns (e.g. event driven design, DDD, TDD, microservices)

- Microsoft Azure stack (.Net in Azure cloud - setting up, configuring and using Docker, Kubernetes)

- .NET Core

- SQL server / Entity Framework / LINQ

- Messaging systems (ASB, RabbitMQ)

- Json, XML and REST web services

- Infrastructure As Code

- Visual Studio, GIT

- Angular 5.0+, HTML5

- Agile methodologies (SCRUM)

REQUIREMENTS :

- 10+ years of total experience.

- Strong knowledge of software development best practices and design patterns. NET Core, Azure service bus, Angular, LINQ, Entity framework, Design patterns.

- Experience with setting up and maintaining software solutions (development, deployment, hypercare, maintenance).

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work autonomously, fully accountable and collaborate within and across teams

- Stress resilient and be able to perform under pressure

- Mentoring (junior and medior) team members and maintaining code quality by performing in-depth PR Reviews

- Takes responsibility for end-to-end project delivery

- Eager to understand the business requirements and processes and how applications support them

- Professional proficiency in English (reading,writing, and speaking)
