About the Opportunity :

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead .NET to spearhead the design and development of enterprise-grade applications using modern Microsoft technologies and cloud platforms.

This is a leadership position for an engineer who can combine strong technical depth with architectural thinking and people management.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, Angular/React, and Microservices architecture, along with proven skills in cloud deployment (Azure/AWS) and CI/CD automation.

This role offers the opportunity to guide engineering teams, define best practices, and influence the technical direction of scalable digital products used by global enterprises.

What Youll Do :

- Lead end-to-end design and development of enterprise applications using .NET Core, C#, and ASP.NET MVC/Web API.

- Architect, design, and implement microservices-based solutions leveraging cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and code quality.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams product managers, architects, QA, and DevOps to deliver secure, high-performing solutions.

- Design and manage SQL-based data models, optimize queries, and ensure data consistency and scalability.

- Integrate frontend frameworks such as Angular or React for modern, responsive, and high-performing user interfaces.

- Oversee CI/CD pipelines, build automation, and deployment processes for faster and more reliable releases.

- Conduct code reviews, enforce engineering best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across backend, frontend, and integration layers.

- Participate in architectural reviews, technology evaluations, and capacity planning.

What You Bring :

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in software development using .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API.

- Strong experience in architecting and implementing microservices and distributed systems.

- Proficiency in at least one modern frontend framework such as Angular or React.

- Strong knowledge of SQL Server or other relational databases, including performance tuning and stored procedure development.

- Experience with Azure or AWS for hosting, monitoring, and scaling cloud-native applications.

- Familiarity with DevOps pipelines, CI/CD tools, and containerization concepts (Docker/Kubernetes preferred).

- Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities with experience managing small to mid-sized development teams.

- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.

- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate in fast-paced, agile environments.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Preferred Skills :

- Exposure to Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Event-Driven Architectures.

- Understanding of API Gateway, Service Mesh, and asynchronous messaging patterns.

- Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis) and caching mechanisms.

- Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks and continuous quality practices
