Technical Lead - .Net

We are looking for a Technical Lead .NET to design, develop, and optimize secure, scalable web applications.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in software development, including 5+ years working with .NET Framework and C#, and a track record of leading teams, driving innovation, and mentoring developers.

This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to build high-quality solutions while following industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead architectural discussions, ensure high-quality code, and drive technical innovation.

- Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot issues and continuously improve performance.

- Guide and mentor team members, fostering an environment where diverse perspectives contribute to innovation.

- Maintain technical documentation to support knowledge-sharing and process improvement.

Required skills & Qualifications :

- Proficiency in .NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC, REST, Web API, and SQL Server.

- Experience in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and front-end frameworks (Angular or Vue.js).

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in agile, collaborative environments.

- Expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), dependency injection, asynchronous programming, and unit testing.

- Familiarity with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps practices.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on collaboration and knowledge-sharing.

Preferred skills :

- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and deployment strategies.

- Experience integrating AI/ML models into .NET applications (a plus).
