- 2 years in a technical lead role with or without direct reports.

- 5 years' experience developing and/or implementing mobile applications."

- 4 years' experience programming Java/Kotlin (mandatory) for the Android platform.

- 2 years' experience developing automated tests using Espresso.

- 3 years' experience working with native mobile app dependency management tools (e.g., Gradle, Maven,etc.).

- Exp in integrating API/services.

- Good exp with CMS such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or or any alternate content management tool.

- 3 years' experience in the development and integration of third-party source code or libraries.

Primary Skills (Must Haves) :

- Lead and oversee business-specific IT projects by applying deep technical expertise, ensuring adherence to policies, deadlines, and organizational goals.

- Design, develop, and deliver resilient, secure, high-volume cloud/on-premise solutions using DevOps, Agile, and Waterfall practices.

- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, code modules, and stable application systems.

- Provide technical expertise, troubleshooting, and post-implementation support for complex system incidents and software solutions.

- Drive testing activities (unit, CIT, UAT), validate specifications, and ensure solutions meet functional and architectural standards.

- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, vendors, and stakeholders to build scalable, maintainable solutions.

- Mentor and guide technical resources, reviewing code, documentation, and ensuring adherence to best practices.

- Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal teams and external vendors to align solutions with organizational strategies
