Technical Lead Manager - Java

Role Overview :

Strong hands-on experience with Java and full stack development. You will design, code, test, debug, automate deployment, and document software.

Key Responsibilities :

- Contribute to design and architecture to enable secure, scalable, and maintainable software.

- Articulate implications of architectural decisions, issues, and plans to technology leadership.

- Collaborate on design with agile teams and product owners.

- Conduct design and code reviews to ensure code meets coding best practices, unit testing, security, and scalability guidelines.

- Manage SDLC processes including testing methodologies.

Tech Stack :

- Spring Boot, Spring, Java, REST API, PL-SQL, Kafka, MQ, Redis, Angular or React JS, Docker, Kubernetes, GIT.

Core Competencies :

- Cloud Native design, Agile Methodologies, Change Management, Project Management, Evaluating solution options, conducting PoCs, and building consensus among stakeholders.
