Roles & Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership & Development :

- Architect, develop, and optimize scalable web applications using the LEMP stack.

- Ensure high-performance backend systems with well-structured APIs and optimised database design.

- Oversee Linux-based server administration, DevOps best practices, and security enhancements.

- Working knowledge of Apache is required for legacy systems and troubleshooting.

- Exposure to MERN stack technologies for occasional projects or integrations.

Product & Project Management :

- Own the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and iteration.

- Work closely with stakeholders to define roadmaps, development strategies, and sprint planning.

- Lead process automation efforts to optimize workflows and improve development efficiency.

Team Leadership & Mentorship :

- Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.

- Conduct code reviews, performance evaluations, and knowledge-sharing sessions to improve the team.

- Drive best practices in software development, security, and system architecture.

Client & Stakeholder Management :

- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to translate business goals into scalable technical solutions.

- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth product roll-outs.

- Ensure seamless communication between technical and non-technical teams.

Process Optimization & Automation :

- Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated deployment strategies, and DevOps best practices.

- Enhance system monitoring, logging, and security compliance across applications.

- Continuously optimize system performance and cloud cost management strategies.

Requirements :

Qualification & Experience :

- 6-8 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, with strong expertise in LEMP stack.

- Proficiency in PHP (7.2+), MySQL (5.7/8), Nginx, Linux server administration, and AWS cloud services.

- Working knowledge of Apache for maintaining and troubleshooting legacy applications.

- Experience with WordPress, front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, VueJS, Angular), and Git.

- Knowledge of DevOps tools, shell scripting.

- Exposure to MERN stack for occasional projects.

- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

- Proven experience in leading development teams, mentoring engineers, and managing projects.

Good to Have :

- Familiarity with SEO optimization, API integrations, and web security best practices.

- Exposure to cloud cost optimization and performance scaling strategies.

- Prior exposure to gamification, SaaS platforms, or health/wellness tech.
