Technical Lead - Java/Struts/Spring Boot

Job Description :

Technical Lead Java (JSP/Struts/Spring Boot/Angular) (Backend)

Required Skills & Experience :

- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Angular

- Proficiency in SQL Server (queries, performance tuning, stored procedures)

- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable applications

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Prior experience in a Technical Lead / Senior Developer role

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with version control tools (Git, SVN)

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

- Knowledge of cloud platforms is a plus

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Adaptability to work in customer-aligned shifts (SGT)
