We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Java Lead with strong expertise in Java (11/17) and cloud technologies (preferably AWS). In this role, you will lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance software solutions, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop scalable, secure, and efficient applications using Java 11/17 and AWS.

- Lead technical design discussions and ensure best practices in architecture, coding, and performance.

- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and other stakeholders to align technology solutions with business goals.

- Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing, learning, and innovation.

- Oversee the technical execution of projects, ensuring adherence to development standards and timelines.

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high-quality codebases.

- Identify and resolve complex technical issues throughout the software development lifecycle.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement within the team.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 58 years of professional experience in Java development.

- Hands-on expertise with Java 11 or 17 and related frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Hibernate).

- Strong working knowledge of cloud technologies AWS preferred (EC2, Lambda, S3, ECS, etc.).

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong focus on performance and scalability.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
