About the Role :

- We are looking for a Technical Lead who can drive high-impact projects, lead a talented engineering team, and deliver scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring, API development and experience in building and managing distributed systems using Kafka and Kubernetes.

- This is a leadership + technical role that requires you to mentor engineers, set coding standards, and ensure delivery excellence while staying hands-on with architecture and design.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and design.

- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional stakeholders for solution delivery.

- Design, build, and optimize scalable, secure, and resilient applications using Java, Spring, and APIs.

- Manage large-scale distributed systems leveraging Kafka for messaging and Kubernetes for orchestration.

- Drive CI/CD adoption to ensure faster and reliable deployments.

- Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and resolve blockers for the team.

- Own end-to-end delivery of features with high quality and performance standards.

Must-Have Skills :

- Team Handling Experience.

- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Framework, API development.

- Solid experience with Kafka (event streaming, pub/sub).

- Hands-on with Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, monitoring).

- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to Cloud platforms.

- Experience in Microservices architecture.

- Knowledge of security best practices in distributed systems.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
